I apologize if this is the incorrect forum, but I am interested in PM-ing Muldar over an issue and my user Control Panel says I cannot use this feature. I have been a user for quite awhile, I just tend to read, not post and banter about. Do I have to have some minimum number of posts to use the PM feature?
