Account on dif devices?

I play mainot on my Samsung Note 3, but when I logged into this account from my Samsung 10i tablet it did not give me access to my character. Was trying to get me to make a new one.
Are we unable to play same char on multiple devices?

Are you on the same world server? There should be an icon of a world somewhere - that's been the problem in the past

Didn't think of that.
Left tablet at home so I'll respond tomorrow if that is the easy fix.
