Hi, I emailed appeals about a banned account and they responded 2 or 3 times and then stopped. They haven't responded since December 18th. Are they on vacation for holidays? Or ignoring me? Just wondering. Thanks!

Hi Elion,
Many of us have been on Christmas Break so there may be a delay in Appeal responses while the team catch up on the back log of tickets and emails.
Rest assured the Appeals Team will get round to your email soon

Thank you very much. My account was banned when I don't believe it should have been and I really want my toon back for the event but so far no response for weeks.
