Disconnected! Again! Every ten minutes!

I have over 16gb of free memory, I clear caches, and run on a perfect signal! Why does ch keep disconnecting?!. I restart phone and uninstall app and reinstalled..whyyyyy?!!!

Hey Car2oon,
Sorry to hear you are having issues running the game.
The connection lost message usually means there has been an error in signal between the server and device.
What device / firmware are you playing on?
Is it over a 3g or WiFi connection you are playing on?

Lg stylo . new phone with 4g LTE . I don't know about firmware

GsmArena shows the device as having good enough specs to play the game so it should not be a performance issue.
Do you get the same problem when playing over WiFi?

I have been getting this same issue for months. I'm playing on an Nvidia Shield K1. The game interrupts my wifi about two minutes after I log in. The only way to get it to work again is to enter airplane mode and then turn it off again. Merely toggling Wi-Fi doesn't get it working again, including for other apps. I tried clearing the app cache and app data, but these do not help either. I only ever have problems when playing this game. I can play other MMOs on this device for hours with no interruptions.

So i resolved my issue on android by checking the "fast terrain" and graphics in the options menu..only force close every once in awhile now

I still keep getting this. I get a red icon with wifi signal bars in it and then the game disconnects. It takes wifi for the whole tablet down with it. It has done this consistently on two tablets, neither of which have any problems with any other games or apps. So frustrating because I've paid for content in this game that I can't access.

Hey Zynx,
It sounds like you may be having connection issues with the server.
The Red Wifi indicator means you have a low WiFi signal which can cause a disconnect.
If the tablets connection is dropping too you may wish to look into your routers diagnostics / your devices hardware (If the issue is not occurring on other devices).

Hello!
I Just started playing CH with my Nvidia shield tablet and am having these disconnetcs. The game seems to be really cool... but als it is atm, unplayable
Anyone here, who can help me out or give some advice?
I tried enabling fast graphics as suggested but that didn't make a difference...
Any help would be welcome! THX
