Wtf happened... I took a break from the game just before Christmas and about a month later, I come back and had to redo my info because I got a new phone and I happened to forget my password, so I went to go change it and it said my account is currently disabled. I go through the appeals process and they said that my account doesn't appear to be disabled... and I then sent them screenshots of the disabled account message and now they won't reply back... PLZZZZZZZZZZZZ HELP

Otm don't work on the weekends if you sent the screen shots in over the weekend. I'm sure you will get a response earliest Monday or during the week.

I sent in the screenshots like 2 weeks ago and sent an in game support message about a week ago and still haven't gotten a response
