Lost Toon

Hello, I had a toon named Moopi (a 110 Mage of Taranis). I do not know the username nor the password however I do know the email. What should I do? Everytime I contact support on the in game tab it just sends me the exact message of "What are recent trades, platinum purchases, banked items, so on and so forth." Thanks for the help :-)

Well this message is here to help them see if you are the original owner of thr account. Its kind of proof that its yours. Gather those infos, and send them in the mail. Then they might be able to help you

Please contact us at [email protected] with

• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character

The more of these you can provide the better :)

We have to ask a lot of questions to ensure account security.
