When will my account be recovered?

My account has been disabled for a year now and I either don't get a response from appeals or they send the wrong answer to my question.
Hey Restricted,
Could you please PM me your character name and email so I can see the status of your request?
Have you submitted an email with:
• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character
As these are required to verify your account.
Has the Support Team previously emailed you regarding the status of your account?
