Can't click upload image in support ticket

So I had just completed a plat offer but never got it. I waited 15 minutes like it said, It's been like an hour or so now and haven't gotten it. I tried to send a support ticket but when I click to upload an image of my screenshot of my completion, it doesn't load to my gallery or documents or whatever. Just says on the same page even after I click it repeatedly.
What do I do?

But you can use their mail either, so you don t have letters and pictures limitation

Tho if u refer to plat offers as the free plat offers, well, its not fully on otm rules, and sometimes it doesnt work and you need to contact the free plat company. (I personally Mailed them 3 times already)

Free plat issues you have to go through yhe support system in the free plat provider page

As the offers are run by our partners you will need to contact the partner with whom the offer was completed.
To do this, select the correct one from the following:
SuperSonic Ads -
https://www.supersonic.com/contact/
Native X -
https://nativex.com/contact/contact-us/
Once we have confirmation from them the platinum will be awarded by the Support Team.

Lol... Ive done about 50 plat offers overall. At first, they worked. Now, every time i do an offer, (even ones who take my credit info) dont work at all. I havent gotten any plat for i would say about 25 of the offers ive completed since samhain. Its terrible, OTM should partner with TapJoy, with tapjoy all the offers always work and are legitimate surveys instead of infinite link traps and malware on the "official" survey websites Native and the other one provide.
