I have sent 2 emails over the last months to [email protected] they have been completely un-responsive, my account was banned after a player turned me in for botting... I had literally tried it twice with not the best results and someone in the game that I have somehow made mad decided it would be nice to get me banned.

I have invested too much money into this game to just let it go... I need some help getting a hold of support from otm in order to get my account re-instated so far I have been patient because I was in the wrong but i believe it has been long enough.

Please respond to my posting or pm me directly as I would like to get this resolved by next event if possible.

At this point your best bet would be to PM an admin. I suggest you PM "morgana" "admin" or "muldar" (swy muldar ik u get pms a ton;-;) you could also PM "dexxa", dexxa helped save me chickens once in the past.-.

If you were botting its likely you wont get the account back but as curry said good luck

Could you PM me the details of the email account you used to send the email? I can't find anything under that character name in the inbox.

I would be unable to unban the account (Appeals Team remit) but I can look into the details of the case and try to help out.
