Does the support function in game only reply to requests that are necessary._. Cuz I always try to talk to u guys through the support system._. Cuz I get bored;-;

There is usually a large amount of tickets so the team only tends to reply to the actual requests

We usually just laugh about it and tell one another, it is quite nice to open a ticket just saying hi or thanking us
