I was camping ancient wyrm around 9:00pm Est. 3-24-16, and I found a royal shadow strike ring from the ancient wyrm. I was exited because of the drop, and logged off 30 mins after. I relogged an hour or so afterwards and the Royal shadowstrike ring was gone from my inventory. I have logged all the other characters on my account and checked all the inventories and banks. I still can't find it, and I was hoping to have an answer why this happened. I have screenshots of it in my inventory and dropping from the anc wyrm, which I'll attach to this. This occurred on my 150 rogue Thewhitehand, on gwydion.

I'm sure you've done this already, but have you checked:

(i) Whether it's equipped;
(ii) Using the inventory search feature, just in case you missed it?

Otherwise you might need to wait for support

Yeah, as vold said u can now use the ingame support button

Otm will check all income items and where is it now, and will check on what to do.
If you dropped it or if its a bug nw they will give it back;) it happens hehe

Ya nw they have access to every transaction, trade, drop etc and can follow an item everywhere;)

As our helpful community have said best to submit an in-game Support Ticket and the Support Team will look into the issue for you

We have logs on everything!
