ipad3 and iphone 5s

why do i see that my ipad 3 has bad graphics when compared to iphone 5s when both have the same ios version . is it the icloud storage that has been damaging my graphics in ipad 3? pls help me

It has nothing to do with the iOS version but the chipset on the device. Your ipad 3 has an A5X chip which is 3 generations behind the A7 used by your iphone 5s, so it is less powerful. The A7 is also a 64-bit processor.

I've used that many a time in device comparison.
As Aileron says chip set is different between models so you will get less performance on the lower end device.
