Missing Platinum

Hello,
I bought a pack of 4000 platinum but i never recieved it. It only said "Purchase Failed". I sent support the Recipt the Purchase ID, so they can track the order down. Please help!

As long as you have sent in an email with all relevant account data and receipts of your purchase the support Team will be able to assist in your case.

Please allow 1 - 2 weeks dependent on email / ticket volume.
