I purchased a adamant bow and on the second day I asked for a refund. A week later they finally get back to me saying it's been more than the 3 day refund period. Yea no unfathomable it took you guys a week to even read me message!! I a little pissed if u couldn't tell. And I'm not the only one who's had this happen me and a clannie were talking about it and he asked for a refund on the first day he bought the item and 4 days later "sorry it's been more than the 3 day return period". Otm is getting sloppy with these kinds of things and the general public needs to know about it so don't even think about moving this to the rant section

I dont know why they wouldnt use the support ticket date/time to figure out if its within 3 days.
Some of my clannies just dont even bother with asking for a refund, its easier to get the gold back by farming than dealing with horrible customer support which sometimes takes months to get a reply.

It's possible to abuse this. Buy, wait 2 days, sell, buy, wait 2 days, sell. You can make it last forever this way.
