Celtic Heroes

Hello, I am usually a very active player but after taking a short break, I logged back in and couldn't find my golden camo charm. I asked support to help me locate it and they said it was on my Druid. So.. I log into my Druid and checked everywhere; the bank, inventory, mail, equipped, but it was nowhere to be found. Not only was my camo charm missing, but it seemed like several other lux items had just "disappeared". I haven't ever told anyone my username or password and they are extremely hard to guess. I don't think anyone logged into that account besides me since their was still some gold on the account. I know items aren't supposed to just disappear, but I don't know what happened to them. Ive messaged support a few times over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a response. Can anyone tell me what might have happened? Thanks.
