So i just bought 4k plat in balor and went to go buy 100 chest instead i got 80 because i clicked thr wrong ones. I sent a support ticket but no reply.... My ign is prime time

Still no reply. I have had my ticket in for almost 2 weeks. I buy alot of plat you would think i could get some decent cystomer support. My server balor my name prime time .
