Account lost
#1I emailed support about a week ago to see if I could get a character back on an account I lost the details to but they haven't responded yet. Is their anyway I can contact someone directly?

There can be a delay in emails dependent on the amount of emails / tickets the team has received.
Support should be going through emails today so if you do not receive anything PM me your email address and I can check up on it for you.
