Hey i was talking to support lately about my account in arawn (bloodkiller) they answered me twice and now i have waited in two days and they havent answered how long does it take to answer? im really curious and desperate thx.

They dont work weekends, and are on gmt 0 time so that os probably the reason for stopped replies

Plus it's a bank holiday in Britain so it will take them a little longer

Back in the office now (Most of us) but Support now have to go through tickets and emails received at the weekend so there may be a bit of a delay.
