I was wondering if it was possible for me to a get a refund on the helm that can be purchased with 15 red bounty tokens. I accidentally bought two so yea

Need to contact the Support Team via in-game ticket for those sorts of issues I'm afraid.

Not certain what the refund procedure is for bounty board purchases.

Going through tickets currently but there are quite a few.

I sent one in a couple days ago

I did the same got two boots instead of gloves and boots and sent ticket and they fixed the next day. Took the ones off my feet instead of the extra set in my backpack but whatever lol
