no they dont. i've been sending in emails about my account being disabled i have explain what happened who i am, all the details i can about my account. all i get in return is nothin. the first few times i have emailed in they replied with sorry accounts been disabled for blah blah blah nothin we can do. but there is soemthing you can do is read my emails because the b;ah blah blah never happened.

Best solution is to show OTM you aren't ungrateful and impatient, and understand where they're coming from.


Had a "Friend" recently who spent hundreds of pounds on the game on multiple characters. He decided to wipe our clan banks and then delete the Bank Account. He is now Banned. Have seen many people banned in my 3 years on the game, and every single one deserved it. OTM doesn't play around.

I'm done waiting it's been over 2 months

First find out why your account has been disabled, then email the appeals team and they will decide what to do with your account, they will ask you to give them information on your account and don't forget to tell them why you believe your account should be re enabled. For me, it took me a few months before I was able to play on my account again so be patient and send one email at a time.

Certain TOS offences can lead to accounts being permanently banned.

I didn't do anything I said I was going to sell items for cast but I didn't because someone told me its against the rules then I got banned. All I want is my account back I didn't do anything
