Recently got my old lost account from support but when I try logging in, it just has an infinite loading word. The few times that it does let me log in, it only lets me go on other servers but not denu where I have all of my good chars and stuff. Please help, I am playing on iOS and am using wifi and or 3G, i tried deleting the game and redownloading it and nothing, I even pmed a few admin but they don't help and ignore me. This needs to be fixed

Have you tried creating a new account and attempting to log in with that?
If the new account works then it will be an issue with your individual account.

The thing that you are describing is an issue when you get 4/3 character on that server.(know from my own experience).
The fix that I found is.
1) Get on a different Server
2) Make a character
3) Use NativeX to get plat for another character slot.

Or you can do the following,

1) Buy a dollar worth of platinum, in other to get another character slot.

That issue occurred to me when I asked for a character to be restored and that's what happened. I was able to log in on different servers but not on my main server.

I hope that will fix your problem, if it has not been fixed by now
