Since y'all banned the given acct that had 5 mil of my items..sent emails 3-4 weeks ago y'all never replied
,I don't want the acct unbanned just the items ty

Like I saw u just said usually takes 7 days but mine been much longer,I had to resort to use all my back up gear,do I actually have a chance to get my items back or should I just quit the game now?

Hi Mancini,
As it was a gifted account the Appeals Team will only be able to restore it to the original owner.
You may want to send a secondary email requesting your items but due to them being moved to a banned account they may not restore them.
