I submitted an in game support request over a week ago and have not heard anything back yet. I have an old warrior that I stopped playing on and have recently restarted him, he has the astral armour quest items ready to turn in, but it asks for items like a diamond (old requirements).

I understand that you guys get pretty busy, when should I reasonably expect a resolution? the toon is now 150.

I am not a support member but..
I had same issue happened to me. What Support did is finished the quest for me and gave me the reward.
I pmed Muldar over my issue that I asked about over two weeks ago and Muldar told me that they have a really big amount of tickets at this moment.

Also, do you think you could delete the quest? And just get it from the new quest line? Because that should work I think

Thank you. It will not allow me to delete the quests. Just wondering when they will work thier magic and resolve the issue (and maybe put 1000 plat for a bonus ). Was not aware of any back log in trouble tickets so thanks for that. I know it will get resolved, just wondering when.

I'll look into the issue today and fix the quest problem.

Apologies for not getting it fixed today an influx of work and planning took my attention.

I've noted down on my Macbook to check your ticket tomorrow so should be fixed asap.
