I work with a dude, I convinced him to try ch, he dl game on android (get an apple Chris) he joins ch in android.
He's having fun playing his ranger in android, then 1 day logs in to see his accounts banned.
For scamming.
I talk to him at work, trying to figure this out.....
He hasn't even figured out how to chat in game yet, let alone scam some1
But yet otm banns him for scamming
How can he scam some1 when he's in initial learning what ch is???
As I see it, somebody on android cried about him, and otm didn't investigate b4 a ban
I don't know the full details of him yet, he's in android, lvl 30ish ranger, trying to figure the game out, has a real life ((unlike most in ch), but otm banns him for something he has no clue about doing? How can otm ban some1 who hasn't figured out chats yet? Let alone trades, which I'm sure he hasn't attempted yet,.
Really otm? You'll ban without investigating?
And don't tell me to tell him to send a support ticket....

A lvl 30ish ranger in android who's learning game gets banned, wow, y'all stopped my next plat purchase.

I believe it was a glitch/mistake. Muldar explained it earlier today. Send him a PM about it and I'm sure it will get expedited quickly (although OTM is out of the office until Monday now..)

It happened to many people on android yesterday. They found the issue and have been working on it. Even happened to clan banks...didn't target anyone in particular.
