Email says I'm enabled... Game still says I'm disabled

Hello, so I recently got an email back from appeals@onethumbmobile and it said my account had been re-enabled, but when I try and change the password, the game still said my account was disabled. I know it's not a device ban because I can sign in on other accounts. So anyone know why this is?
