So I was on X and I mailed support telling it lost some items and I need help finding them. What they told me is that I mailed it to W character. I got on that character and asked where the items went from there and I was told the items were traded off to the X character. Which makes no sense because I was told they were mailed to my ranger. So the point items are on eaither accounts.
