Fishing Beta 2016

I have been accepted to the beta but it won't let me play the beta it gets stuck at an endless loading screen. My in game name is TheRoyalJake
Are you able to sign in but unable to load a character?
Is this Android or iOS?
Please keep all further beta issues to the beta support board.
