2 weeks ago my mainhand weapon disappeared from my hotbar/inventory. At the same time, all my skills disappeared from my hotbar and were replaced with another class' skills. I am not sure if my weapon was lost or dropped. In game support just sent me a message stating they have no record of me having my mainhand weapon. I am unsure where to go. Can I just buy another weapon and get refund gold? Or hope for support to figure out. Been 2 weeks, I cant play without buying a new mainhand or getting my weapon returned from OTM.

Support has a 3-day ticket for refunding items. I wish you luck on getting it back, though.

Thx. I sent muldar email. I cant PM yet. Says not allowed yet, as i am new to forum. It is 3 day weekend though. I may just buy a new lvl 140 weapon and hope they refund me. I already bought a new offhand. I havent been able to play or level for 2 weeks. Sucks. I sold my lvl 120 few days before this, bad timing. My noob weapons just dont cut it.
