Hi. A few months ago I bought plat and bought some backpack space. Everything was fine until I realized I was never going to need all the space I bought (a thousand spaces). So, is there a way to give half of that space to another character of mine? I really regret buying all those spaces for just a single character, it was a waste of platinum.

If I can't do anything within the game, would getting in contact with OTM help? Can they help me make this change?

PS: I tried to post this on ask for help - android, but nobody saw it and this is not a bug anyway.

I don't believe there is a way to do that in game, so you will probably have to contact OTM.

I asked for this change just like Muldar said and OTM just said no. "Refunds just for the first 3 days after the purchase and we do NOT transfer things between characters". How fair is that? This is very disappointing. Now I have a thousand spaces I will never use! Thank you OTM!!
