I've been trying to fix this problem for months, support please answer

Hello, I have been trying to regain access to an account of mine regarding a level 221 rogue on Epona and I emailed support in July I believe and we sent a couple emails back and forth (I answered all of their questions). And then they just stopped responding.... this really upsets me because I wake up every day hoping they have solved my problem only to find that they keep ignoring me. So after 2 months of waiting I gave up and tried again from a new email. Once again they replied the first time, and never answered again. It's been 4 months since I first began this claim, this is outrageous. Please help, Muldar or somebody I just need a manual password change because I can't access the email or remember if I even had one. Thank you

Hi ArawnRogue,

Last email I can see from the Support Team is from the 16th asking:

Hello,

What is the email address that is registered to the account?

Thank you.

Could you reply to that email with the information and they will assist.

Thanks

Hi Muldar thanks for getting back to me. Yes I saw that email and replied with this:

"Hello, I figured out what the problem was, I have several emails but I can't remember which one is on the account and I no longer have access to most of them so I can't check every inbox. Is it possible to reset my password to my account and put a newer email on? Thanks again and please let me know."

To clarify:
I don't remember the email that I registered on it and I have several, most of which I don't have access to anymore so that is why I asked them for a manual change of the password and I would be able to provide anything else they would need. Also the first email I tried contacting from was [email protected] and I answered all their questions there and was eventually ignored. Let me know what happens. Thanks

The email with that reply does not seem to have come through, could you try resending it.

They may be unable to help until you provide further details though I am afraid, it is required for account security.

Should not matter if you cannot access the inbox, just that you know what they are.

Thanks

Ok should I try again from the bloodkiller27 email? Because my case was further along from that one. Also you told me before to resend and they did not respond again so I will try now and maybe check for an email from my bloodkiller27 email. If that's possible. Thanks again

It is best to use the current email.

Sending from two separate emails will delay the process.

Ok, I just replied from both to be safe. We will see what happens and if they reply. Thanks again for responding.

Also I was initially only contacting them from one email, but after 2 months of no response I'm sure you can agree that it would be appropriate to try again from a different email... So yeah that's why I did that.
