Do any of you ever get this funny feeling of familiarity when emailing support or appeals? Yeah, same. It reminds of highschool, when your boys dare you to get some chicks number, and she says "Here it is," and you text it only to find out she doesn't respond. It's like appeals, they ban your account, tell you to send questions and appeals to [email protected], then they don't respond.

When did you send the email?

I sent an email to appeals on Wednesday afternoon, October 26.

Depending upon the volume of claims that the team is dealing with it can take about a week or so for appeals to be replied to.
During holidays or new events just being released it can be slightly longer.
We aim to clear appeals by Friday of each week but sometimes this is simply impossible due to the complex nature of some of the appeals.

PLEASE NOTE:

This process can be greatly helped if the required information is supplied on the original email.
Please only send in the ONE appeal - we shall get to you when we can and if you haven't heard from the team in a week them please PM me or Muldar.
