I can't reset my account, 'cause I don't know my e-mail anymore or I don't registered one..
Is there a option to recover it back; please answer...

When will I get a answer?

They usually reply within 7 days but it can be longer depending on workload.

Best bet is to include the names of other characters found on the account, previous emails etc in your email as this helps with account security.

I really don't know. But I could answer on all question that you said.
Is that enough for recover?
