Issue purchasing platinum

Went to purchase a few packs of the 8k plat bundles. Keep getting errors from iTunes. Any advice?
Tried contacting iTunes support but waiting up to 2 days isn't really a possibility with the Black Friday sale going on

Looks like Apple may have locked your account?
Did the issue get resolved?

issue was fixed, they had no idea why it was locked like it was but it ended up like that somehow.
Tried contacting iTunes support but waiting up to 2 days isn't really a possibility with the Black Friday sale going on
