Any chance anyone can help me find out what my accounts username is? I know the email and the account name but don't know username..someone help please?

Unless you were sharing it on your server before you lost it, I doubt anyone will be able to help you. Might want to e-mail OTM and contact them directly.

Could you send an email to our Support Team at [email protected] with the following account information:

• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character

And they will assist in account recovery.

I literally need to find the accounts username As I know the email, the whole purpose of this is so I can reset my password as I have forgotten it but I can do that without knowing my username..

So I need my username, the account isn't banned..

I think you are thinking of Appeals?

Support is for general account issues such as forgotten details etc

They will require you to have account information simply for security purposes.

If you send them as much account details as possible they will be able to assist you in recovering your username.
