I don't know what to do OTM

I really don't know what to do to get OTM's attention. I have been banned because of a misunderstanding which I explained in my email.. sent it at the 27th october and now it's the 10th december. How long do I have to wait? I've been a loyal platinum-buying costumer for YEARS now. I don't deserve to wait 44 days for a response after spending HOUNDREDS of euros on this game. I have messaged several admins and respected OTM's wish to not spam them with emails. I have to add my account got banned at the 29th SEPTEMBER... 27th october is just when I sent my last email. The email didn't get lost since it already has been discussed APPARENTLY. I'd like to get back into enjoying the game with my mage again and I'm kinda desperate because I tried everything to get OTM to tell me my account status. OTM, what do I have to do?

Did you mail it to the appeals team? What was their reason for banning you? Try pming Muldar, it is what I would do if they haven't responded in awhile

I did email appeals and they responded to my very first email and yea I also pmed Muldar.. several times. Lot's of other admins too. They keep telling me they let the support know and they'll reply "soon".

You must have been banned for a good reason and you're probably getting on their nerves lol.

Ive sent two tickets over the last couple months for unrelated things. Ive not received a response from either of them. Judging from how they handled Black Friday weekend, and the upcoming mounted combat content Its apparent that customer service and customer appreciation is not OTM's top priority. As long as the chests keep selling its business as usual.

I've had 2 of my accounts banned before (was banned for selling my accounts for gold/items) and it took me about 2 months to get them both unbanned. Otm does give second chances depending on the situation, it just takes some time. They are a small company after all. But since they aren't even responding to you, your actions must have been enough to get a perma ban (especially if Muldar won't even respond). Fighting against it and constantly asking certainly won't help.

We are currently very busy working through customer support received during the weekend.
The Appeals Team will reply to your email shortly, you may wish to resend your last message for their records.
