I do all the tasks in the quest. Fish from 10 lvl 20 spot and obtain 5 mackerel. Then i must bring the fish to the quest giver and give it to him. But when I speak with him he told me that will take the fish and bla bla and will give me reward, but nothing happens. The quest cant be finish.
And cant reg my mail in game support, thats why I looking for solution here.

I checked the quest and you appeared to have a corrupted quest stage.

As I can see you had completed the quest stages I have set this to complete for you now. You should receive quest rewards next time you log-in.
