Vanishing Items

Anybody else lose a few random items since update? After update I logged, unequipped a few items, logged out. When I logged next I checked inventory and a couple of those items were nowhere to be found. This happening to anyone else? So far I'm down a mount and some fashion.

I had something happen to me early last week and no help what so ever... it's second time that his ha happened to me in the past 6 months.. and first time I lost about 1.7m worth of items.. and now I lost rares.. after sending a ticket I had no replay... and I have no idea how OTM does there tickets and it cannot be in order

I agree, I'm down about 2m in items and I still have received no response from OTM. It's getting really frustrating considering one of the things that vanished was borrowed from a friend.

Could you submit an in-game Support Ticket and we will look into the issue for you.

Be sure to include the full names of any items missing.

There may be a slight delay in reply due to the holiday season.

And the Support Team assisted you in the previous case, Morgana helped personally.

Submit a ticket and it will be looked into.

I had submitted a ticket as soon as I noticed the items missing. However, I still have received no response, it's not like it's a minor issue, some of the items that vanished were very necessary to play and enjoy this game. As for listing all the items, I have too much stuff in inventory to even know all what's missing. The things I know disappeared were items I use constantly.

Yeah! This isn't just a bug... I am a collector and havie over 1000 items on me.. if one day I suddenly start missing items it ruins the game experience and why should we spend money and buy stuff in game knowing that they can vanish like nothing.. sad

I lost an exquisite stone of the anointed. I upgraded my ring that day from greater to grand then had one exquisite left over (1/3). I instantly emailed support and they just said I used it and didn't accept the fact that it went missing.

No further action was taken by support.

Well, it's been 3 weeks and I have yet to receive ANY reply whatsoever from support. What a joke, I have begun to see other stuff that disappeared as well. Total in items is really starting to get up there and support couldn't care less apparently. Kind of disappointed, I've spent countless hours on this game and put in more than my share into plat, then this is how support tries to help people.

Kind of disappointed, I've spent countless hours on this game and put in more than my share into plat, then this is how support tries to help people.
There is currently a delay on all Support Tickets due to the backlog received over the Winter Break.

The team are now working through all tickets but for this case could you PM me your details and I will look into it further.
