Item refunds

So I recently accidentally bought an item from the shop and requested for a refund about 10 minutes after the purchase because I was told that is a thing. And it's been 3 days and nothing has happened?

So long as the ticket is submitted within 3 days of purchase you will be fine.
But yeah, it may take some time to get to your ticket, festive season so a lot of us are travelling / with family.

Day 5 in the no refund outback, kinda needed that 250k

Still a delay on all tickets / emails received due to the backlog from the winter break.
Support are working through these and you should have a reply shortly.
