Can Support View Past Tickets and Responses?

Hi,
A while ago I sent a support ticket asking for details of a previous account of mine. They responded and I was able to get into my old 2011/2012 account again, which was cool. Unfortunately I've forgotten the login again, and this time I forgot the distinguishing characteristics of my toon on that account (i used those to prove it was mine the first time), so I was wondering if support can see past tickets I've sent.

Support will be able to see past tickets but will more than likely require further account details before they are able to restore your account.

Send in a ticket and we can look into it.
