Celtic Heroes

So I recently had an exquisite stone of the anointed that went missing from my inventory, I saw a post of other people having the same experience and I am still in wait for support to help me return it. I sent a ticket to support but they insisted I used it despite having 1/3 for my mighty upgrade then later having 0/3.

Could someone please fix this? Vanishing items is really annoying

Well it was a few weeks ago. I sent a ticket to support but they said I used it when I was certain I had 1/3 for mighty divine ring. Was going to gift it to a friend. I thought I may have been going crazy but then I noticed quite a few others coming across the same problems.

EDIT: If this helps it went missing a few days after I completed my grand band of the Anointed quest.
