Forgotten Password problem

Hey! I been playing Celic Heroes since 2014 but i left in 2016 and today i came back! I put in my correct username but the pass isnt working so i went to "forgotten password" and i put it every email i had and the correct Username but nothing is working! I had high levels and really good stuff.
My username was Kingofnature

Hey Kingofnature,
Could you PM me the following and I will assist:
• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character
You will be required to make 5 posts before you can PM so just fill up this thread with some posts.
