Help me please! 4 weeks now!!

I have been waiting patiently for an email from appeals about my account that was banned and am yet to recieve a response. I have been waiting for 4 weeks now and after this week it will be 5. I was banned for something I didn't do and was accused of. Who can give me assistance? I have asked all around and it seems like none of the workers of this game know what's going on. I gave support a chance due to the dely because of holidays but 4 weeks now? Come on now this is ridiculous. I haven't been able to play this game in so long now. Who can help me? All my friends have been helped with other issues 2 weeks ago and I'm still here with no help.

As I said in your last thread, due to the current support workload there is still a delay on all emails / tickets.
The Appeals Team will be replying to your email shortly.

Tickets will have been completed prior to emails.
Appeals and Support are also separate.

Ah ok. Makes sense... so there's two seperate teams that handle this, or is it the one?

Support is one division, how many work on either support or appeals depends on the workload.
With Morgana being Support lead.
