Why are my emails being ignored? My account got banned at the 29th september 2016, last response from support was at the 27th october 2016, now it's the 30th of january. I haven't received a final statement regarding my account status. I asked for help several times and sent several emails. Muldar, you don't have to move this to "Ask for help" since I'm just generally asking why my appeal isn't worth it to look into. A statement would be appreciated, thanks.

Morgana hasn't even opened a pm from November. If she has that huge of a backlog, then don't expect any response until mid-2017.
