Hello I got two accounts on this profile I can log into the other but my bank with all my important stuff starts to log on but then just keeps loading and loading and loading and doesn't time out
I sent support a message a week ago but no response yet want any ideas lol

My main is levy 214 rogue on
My game name for the account is cookie jar that's the bank name

I have found a "CookieJar" on Epona which I am assuming is the bank account.

Could you tell me at what point does it break? Are you able to select the character then it crashes? Or can you not log the account at all.

I can see my two characters on the account but I can not log cookie jar I can log my other character on that account though

I click the cookie jar and it goes to loading page and just keeps loading and loading

I think potentially the character had a broken or old version of the quest "The Graveyard Shift" in their quest log. I have deleted this from the character and hopefully this will allow you to sign in again.
