Giving objects to game characters.

When you acquire an item that a character in the game is interested in, how do you transfer the item to the character?
Unless the item is marked "NO TRADE" or "Bound", then you cannot transfer the item.
Target the character in area list or in person, then use the Trade button to initiate an item or gold transfer.
If you're talking about a Non-player character (NPC), you can talk to them an see if they have a quest for the item you have.
