HELP PLEASE!!!! HELP PLEASE!!!! HELP

I have been away from CH for a while but I just recently came back and would love to continue on my account and my characters but much like the new beta thing deacribes I can't even get past the screen directly after the 'OTM' opening screen.... WHY!?!?!?!?!? I have been playing for almost a year now. I have never experienced this problem unless there is an update and still then I can always log in after updating.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?!?!?!
I have followed the steps in order
1.check wifi connection/ use new connect
2. Delete and re download the application
3. Check for update (EVEN SOFTWARE UPDATE FOR iOS!!!???????)

I play over mobile data, I always have.
I have repeated steps to fix this problem.
Multiple times! :(
PLEASE somebody help me fix this problem so I can continue playing this amazing game!?!?!?!?!?!? ;( ;( ;( ;( ;( ;( ;( ;(

I have done EVERYTHING! To try and fix this problem on my own!! ;(

It might be the device you are playing on. Game won't run properly on an iPhone 4 or lower.

I was unable to play on mobile data also but am now able to play using an app called Betternet. It is free and lets me connect while away from home. Give it a try.

Maybe so, but there has been no update http://celtic-heroes.com/forum/viewtopi ... =4&t=89318 and a lot of users are still having issues.
As far as I'm concerned, it's still in beta status since nothing has been released to the app store.

Aileron is correct, this is most likely due to the issues we were having for certain connection types in the current build.

The current temporary fix is to use a VPN to connect but a more permanent fix will be included in the next build.

Th device I'm using to play CH with is an iPhone 5S 16GB. I just now saw all of these comments, thanks for your help and suggestions everyone. I am going to try mostly all of these right away to see which one helps me continue playing!
