Celtic Heroes

I haven't played this game for about a year but I still had remembered my username and password for if i ever got it back. I decided to install Celtic Heroes again today and tried logging into 2 of my accounts, but not one worked. I tried resetting the password for both, using my only email, which was regisered but apparently the email was incorrect. I was so annoyed - I tried creating an account with my old username just to test it even existed and it came up with a new account! As if the account username didn't exist. What has even happened since I've been away? Why are my accounts deleted? There goes all my hard earned gear I had on those accounts.

Did you previously play on a iOS device before moving to Android or vice versa?

As we do not delete accounts it may be a case of incorrect details.

• Account Username
• Account creation date (estimate)
• Character names, levels and worlds on the account
• Platinum purchases (values) on the account
• Premium purchases (items/upgrades)
• Trades on the account
• Some banked items on a particular character
