I downloaded and ran the app to get free plat but even after days it doesn't get redeemed. Is it an issue on my side or is it the servers. Please help i need plat desperately

For some reason i never got offers from fyber. I think its because of my location

As the offers are run by our partners you will need to contact the partner with whom the offer was completed.

To do this, please go to the bottom of the Offerwall page in game and tap the "Need Help" Button.

Once we have confirmation from them the platinum will be awarded.
