Celtic Heroes

I cannot log in to my hero. I have tried the fixes suggested such as powering off the device and turning it back on, or re-installing the app. I have done these steps and can't seem to get back in, I've even reset my password and used the Character Stuck button to reset my warrior back to Farcrag Castle. I have rogue on the same account and when I log into her she's perfectly fine and I can log in about 2-3 seconds. For my main hero I have problems of seeing that loading dial spin and spin. Please help
