hello, vet player of taranis here. I recently regained interest in the game and decided to log onto my account, Demonslayer10, only to find my password wasn't working. tried resetting the pw and it showed my email was incorrect. i made a new toon (alldmerion) and checked the online rankings, i was not on there. my warrior was supposed to be 140ish and was nowhere in the level rankings whatsoever. my conclusion is, my account was deleted due to inactivity. If you could assist me in regaining the account, i would be very appreciative.

Deleted no, but unable to find it on leaderboards, inactivity, yes.

Good news, we do not delete accounts for inactivity so your toon will still be there.

For account retrieval you will have to contact [email protected].

If you can provide them with the answers to these questions it will help speed up the process:

- Username for account -
- When account created/last played -
- Character(s) name(s) on the account - include deleted ones if you can remember them -
- Character levels on the account -
- Clans that characters are members of -
- Servers the characters are on -
- Premium purchases made -
- Any plat purchases made on the account and amount -
- Some items that characters will have or have equipped -
